Craft at Dyckman Farmhouse Museum!

Join us in the garden THIS SATURDAY from 1–3 PM for special pop-up activities led by DFM’s very own Community Outreach and Engagement interns, Savannah Pérez and Isaah Medina!
Activity 1: Card Making Workshop
Take some time to make a card for someone in your life–a friend, family member, teacher, or even yourself!–and express your gratitude in the form of a thank-you card.
Activity 2: A Community Reading & Writing Day
Through read-alouds, writing prompts, and hands-on activities, guests of all ages are invited to explore history, heritage, and imagination. Whether you’re a seasoned writer or just curious, there’s something for everyone!
Activity 3: Stop-Motion Animation Station
Inspired by Anne Fernandez’s animated film “Sion Papi,” turn your card, poem, or letter into a stop-motion animation that you can send digitally to your loved ones!
