THE WAIT IS FINALLY OVER!

The Annual Fall Festival returns to Dyckman Farmhouse Museum with exciting new activities plus the all-time favorites you’ve been waiting for all year:

• Unleash your inner artist with fall-inspired stop motion animations and mind-bending optical illusions! Yes, you read that right! Come create your own thaumatropes and spin your drawings to life!
• Sip on apple cider fresh from the press and crafted right before your eyes!
• Dance to LIVE MUSIC performed by your favorite local musicians!
• Enjoy some neighborly competition! Put your steady hand to the test with giant Jenga and see how long your tower can last! We’ll have plenty of lawn games out for anyone up for a challenge…

Our historic Hessian Hut as well as the iconic Dyckman Farmhouse Museum will be open to all attendees FREE OF CHARGE. Come explore our latest contemporary exhibition by Cheyney McKnight, community altar curated by Regina Evans, and permanent collection as long as you’d like! Refreshments, snacks, and freshly popped popcorn will be available for purchase all day long.

And that’s just the tip of the haystack! There’s so much more to explore and enjoy at our annual Fall Festival. So, start rounding up your friends, family, nieces, and nephews for a fall-tastic day at Dyckman Farmhouse Museum!

El Festival de Otoño regresa al Museo Dyckman Farmhouse con actividades familiares nuevas y divertidas, además de las favoritas del año pasado:

• ¡Crea animaciones stop motion e ilusiones ópticas alucinantes inspiradas en el otoño! ¡Sí, has leído bien! ¡Venga a crear sus propios taumatropes y vea cómo sus dibujos cobran vida!
• ¡Bebe sidra de manzana fresca de la prensa y elaborada frente a tus ojos!
• ¡Bailar a la MÚSICA EN VIVO de sus músicos favoritos del barrio!
• ¡Disfruta de una competencia amistosa! ¡Pon a prueba tu mano firme con Jenga gigante y ve cuánto tiempo puede durar tu torre! Tendremos un montón de juegos de césped para cualquiera listo para un desafío…

Nuestra histórica cabaña de Hesse, así como el icónico Museo de la Granja Dyckman, estarán abiertos a todos los visitantes de FORMA GRATUITA ¡Explore nuestra nueva exposición de arte contemporáneo de Cheyney McKnight, el altar comunitario organizado por la artista Regina Evans y la colección permanente! Refrescos, bocadillos y palomitas de maíz recién hechas estarán disponibles para comprar durante todo el día.
